Can I use a gnome glider in Al Kharid to travel to Karamja?

Yes, but first you muct travel to the gnome stronghold, (the north west corner) then to karamja from there. It drops you in the deep south east of karamja, not to far from Shilo however.

That gilder location is most useful for nature runecrafting. A lot of runecrafters uses it to go to the nature altar. To the best of my knowledge it's faster trip than from Shilo. Well, I may be wrong, but I find it faster.
