Im assuming he either said that jagex said this.. Or jagex has pulled another tell diff things to diff people.. Cuase I dont know this person so I doubt hes out to play around with me.. So if he altered it then prob sent to others also.. Otherwize im reading something wrong..

We have a screenshot of a message from Jagex saying it is ok. This guy has just written this himself for some apparent reason.
