Im pretty sure this is in the wrong forume but im not exactly sure where to put it since its not exactly a runescape issue. So sorry in advance please forgive my stupidity!... now on to the question :)

 

 

 

How does someone go about submitting an article for tip.it times ? I've had an issue thats been bothering me for some time and i believe the article i want to write about it would really make people think.
