How many(max) rooms on 1st floor on lvl 60 construction

I'm a lvl 60 construction and i teared down my house.

 

I want to rebuild it, but I'm kinda stuck on the total rooms I can build horizontal and vertical...

 

 

 

I can't find information about that.I only rembember 7 width?

 

 

 

Somebody knows excatly?

Never mind...Just found it...Kind of stupid that you can only have 20 rooms max, because those stairs(trophy rooms) always require another room on top..
