Goobore
I went from 73 to 80 F2P ranging on the 2 lesser demons at the top of Crandor Island. With bronze arrows I hit 10 often. There are safe spots on the north edge and south of the east side. My technique was to cast a curse on one to pull it over to me. I would then stand in my safe spot and shoot about 20-25 bronze arrows on rapid style with a maple short bow. When the lessers died, any loot was in a pile, along with the arrows, right in front of me for easy pick up. I never got hit (thanks to the safe spot and Curse pulling), so defense and food where never a concern. I took runes for Hi-alching and teleporting. I always picked up my arrows, so I used each arrow, on average, 4 times before it dissappeared. If you get bored you can always figure out how to range 2 at once even though it's not a multi-combat zone :) Hope this helps.
