I was in Pollinveach, and I noticed the snake charmer there. I put a couple of gp in his pot, nd he gave me a snake charming flute thingy and basket. I keep playing different notes and nothing happens. Anyone know if there is a tune you can play for something to happen? Also, whats the page thingy about? I don't understand. :-k

To the best of my knowledge it's only used in "The Feud" quest the part you need to poison a snake.

Trying playing it beside one of the local snakes, it's also used in th Rat Catchers quest, where you go all Pied Piper.
