Guest r3dh3adkid
Ok I have a question about RAM timing.....what is considered the best timing? 1-1-1-1? and also how good is this timing 2-3-3-6 and also if possible please expain in which slot (1-2-3-4) is it better to have a higher or lower number, and why (if possible) THANKS :-D
blade995
Your timings are considered pretty good. The best timings for DDR are 2-2-2-5. I hear some people are overclocking and getting 1.5-2-2-5 or lower, but most motherboards dont allow lower than that. Slots dont matter, unless your running dual channel. Then you would need to put a matched pair of sticks in the same colored slots.
