How do I get Guthans and whats so great about it?

You can get guthans from the barrows minigame, and the great thing about it is

 

 

 

The damage you deal on someone while equipping full guthans set, you get healed for that amount.

To extend upon his answer, all barrows items have a special ability when you wield the full set, and Guthans randomly heals you when you fight, making training alot easier.

 

You get it from, like he said, the Barrows, or by buying it from other players.
