I want to know what lvl i should be at after using 10k iron arrows, im lvl 45 at the moment, thanks.

At this level you can do it to probably 50 - 55 depending if you don't pick up the arrows. I would say 60 - 65 if you do pick up the arrows.

 

Ice Giants are good for drops and big bones, but unless you're lvl 115+ combat, the ice warriors will attack you for 15 - 20 minutes which is really annoying. You can also kill Lesser Demons in karamja volcano, or in the cage on the top floor of the wizard's tower if you don't need to pick up the arrows.
