I can't add fonts to my computer.

Whenever I try to put fonts that I have downloaded into the windows fonts list I keep getting this error message:

 

 

 

The RUNESCAPE.TTF file is currently being used and cannot be replaced. Wait until Windows is finished using the file, and then try again.

 

 

 

Any ideas on what I can do?
