How can I upload a file for my avatar?

 

 

 

The thing kept telling me that it needs to be under 6kb, and it has to be a png jpg or gif.

 

 

 

It IS under 6kb and it IS a png!!

 

 

 

Help? This is what I am trying to set as my avatar. I uploaded it with Imageshack, and tried uploading it directly onto the forum.

Save it as something else maybe, like a jpg or bmp.

I think you just appended .png to the image name, you need to change the actual encoding.

 

 

 

Try downloading this:

 

 

 

 

 

 

and trying again.

My computer saves image files as PNG by default. I'll try again I guess.

Oh ok. Just when I opened it it was in bitmap encoding.
