I'm trying to make a new pixel sig, but I'm not very good at making more realistic characters. The one I have at the moment in my sig is the probably the best character I can make from MS paint. But it looks too cartoony...

 

 

 

I want my character to look like this:

 

 

But I want the character to look more professionly cartoony while looking at me with a sneaky look. Does anyone have any tips for me, or can someone be bothered to make me a character that I've described, I can do the rest of the sig by myself. Thanks! :D

Ok...never mind, I managed to make a new one but it's still not exactly what I wanted. :|
