My friend did roving elves and he used the 2/10 charges,he brought the crystal seed to the Islwyn and talked to him,that elf said he need to charge it for 900k,he charged(although he still hv the seed)the second time he charge,it's still 900k,and he got 2 seed,he asked me about how to fix this problem.

You need to talk to Ilfeen to get her to recharge your seeds for a cheaper price.

where is she,can u mark a map or tell me the exactly place?

Ah nvm,i got it,it's under elf camp~

you prob did what i did first time, or your friend did, and bought a new bow, anoyed me, but i went and sold the bow in world 2 for the same price so didnt lose that much money in the end
