Headaches

headaches are a trait in my family lol

 

 

 

i get 1 head about every 2 weeks

 

 

 

 

 

worst headache ever had lasted 15 hours

 

 

 

heres what to do when u have 1

 

 

 

1. take 2 I.B profin

 

2. take a warm wash cloth and lay it across your forehead

 

3. lay down with no lights and no tv!!!! complete silence dont even think

 

4. drink milk and by god eat child!!!!
