Well My render at full size has no apparent distortion and rendering problems with anti aliasing

 

 

 

but when i shrunk it to make the sig it got distorted along the lines

 

 

 

is there a way to antialias it photoshop or put it back in bryce and render again as in my sig not the original render..

In Bryce, turn the AA as high as it will go, and change the size so that it renders at sig size.
