Im aiming to get a high fishing xp and i would be glad of any useful hints and opinions and good fishing spots. My current lvl is 56 and i am aiming for 76 fishing.

If you want to bank the fish, fly fish by Barbarian Village and bank in Edgeville. If you don't want to bank them, fish in Lumby, make a fire and cook them, then sell them to the general store.

If you run out of feathers at the Barbarian village, closest resupply is the champions guild (if you can get in), while Lumbridge has a chicken farm a lot closer.

 

 

 

Cooking both and dropping the trout is a useful tactic, since Salmon heal 2 more than trout and are good enough for training, even on moderately tough monsters.

 

 

 

If you want cash or combat food though, better to do Lobsters or Swordies (cook both, drop Tuna & refish). Longer and slower run, but useful result apart from just levelling.
