I know how you have to kill monsters in the abyss, but can you get pouches before you can use them in runecrafting?

can you get a large pouch if you're only lv 25 runecrafting and can't use it?

no. You need no level for the 1st, 25 for the 2nd, 50 for the 3rd and 75 for the 4th I think. Or are there only 3? Actually I don't know it myself :oops:

You can get a pouch that you can't use yet as a drop. I got a large pouch a while ago, and my rc is only 68.
