Guys, remember that rune boots is part of the full rune armour.

 

 

 

Anyway, here are the monsters I'd suggest for each armour piece:

 

 

 

Full Helmet: Greater Demons

 

KiteShield: Black Dragons, Steel Dragons, but I had no luck, it's rare so I wouldn't suggest it

 

PlateLegs: King Black Dragon

 

PlateBody: It isn't dropped by any monster for some stupid reason, so clue lvl3 is best choice here

 

Boots: Nechyreals only.

 

 

 

Full rune costs: 400K

 

 

 

If you are not a member it costs 200K (without boots)

I think he is talking about people in banks "selling full rune." That usually doesn't have boots.
