1. How do I get the menu bar from the side of my screen, back to the bottom.

 

 

 

2. How do I make the runescape screen brighter. I have diffinately turned it to v-bright, but everyone else's games are a lot brighter.

1. Right click on the task bar -> click Lock the Taskbar if there's a checkmark beside it.

 

 

 

Once there's no checkmark, drag the taskbar back into the bottom. Lock it if you don't want it to move.

 

 

 

2. Adjust your monitor settings.
