June 27, 200620 yr You get them from underground, on the south east side of the rangers guild. You need a light source and a knife or slashing weapon. Simply go down the ladder between 2 statues and then head for the stairs at the other end, this is what the lightsource is for. At the back of the room is a web which you can slash and take the boots from behind. I find them inceredibably useful for getting about, and I beleive they reduce your weight by 4.5kg, they are used in the Temple of Ikov quest, though you don't need to start it to get them.

As said above, you get them from the dungeon in the Temple of Ikov quest (but you don't have to start the quest to get them). They are incredibly worthwile, and its great to have them for fishing, mining, woodcutting and especially for agility training. I wear them everywhere, as they are free and easily replaceable upond death. :D
