is it good to train on red deadly spiders a good idea for a lvl 37

I would say no. All the red spider locations are miles from a bank. You will eat quite a lot, so the long bank trips might get tedious. Maybe hobgoblins would be better.

Not a good idea to train on them since your lvl 37 & they keep hitting 2's & 3's I think.

 

 

 

Train on something which wont hit you too much too often.Like Zombies or Skele's,Ghost,Barbarians,Dwarfs or go for higher lvl monsters if you like being hit constantly.

No, very bad idea. You should only start at Red Deadly spiders at combat level 65.

 

At combat level 37 you can level up fast at Scorpions (level -14), you can find them at al kharid mining place, at varrock sewers or at wildness level 8.
