I'm looking to make a pure that is a hybrid between mage and archer. I saw this before and well, it owns. If anyone could help me I would apreciate it. *edit* or if someone could tell me if these stink. Also, a 1337 archer or pure str warrior would be nice too. :P *edit 2* Well I sorta got a pure now but i just got owned so tell me if this guy is ruined. animebomber Posted June 28, 2006 Share Posted June 28, 2006 Range is very ahrd to train up in high lvls. and in higher lvls Str can hit much harder Ive seen a lvl 70 Cb pure hit 30's with rune but Archer only hit 15's=( At lower lvls mage and range does own. Doomster Posted June 28, 2006 Share Posted June 28, 2006 As long as you keep 1 defence / 1 prayer, you have a decent base for most kinds of pure / hybrid. Training the "wrong" combat means a few extra hitpoints and while it can be extra levels, it can also be a longer lifeline. If you try to do a 3 way hybrid, I'd be inclined to quest (Witchs potion & imp catcher) then confuse / weaken and curse far more than on a mage with one or no other combat skills, otherwise gain even more hitpoints (trading endurance for attack) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
