If you are permanatly banned can you make an appeal in any way? If you are permanatly muted can you make an appeal? Thanks in advance for the help:)

Depends what you were banned for.. Macroing you can't get out of. If your name is offensive confusing, you can't get out of it. If you password scammed, item scammed or something like that and appeal. They usually give you one final chance, but if your reported for anything after that you can't get out of it.
