June 29, 200620 yr Wondering if its true that you cannot get assigned a slayer monster without being over the slayer level required. Eg. If you're 75 slayer then its impossible to get assigned gargoyles. But any higher than 75 and you can. Thanks for the help.

Yes, you can be assigned a slayer monster as soon as you have the needed level for it (e.g., dust devils at 65 slayer). However, this does not hold for abyssal demons - you need lvl 86 slayer. Just pot up (slayer respite) when talking to the slayer master if you are 85 slayer and that solves the problem ;) 103 combat | 1M+ xp in each skill (lvl73) | 1800+ skill total | quest capeLevel 86 herblore, 85 farming
