I Wanted to know If I could make 6m in 1 week off of natcrafting?

You can make 1k+ nats/hour using abyss. That's 300k/hour. That's 20 hours of play to 6M. So if you play like 25 hours (extra hours for unexpected events like being pked :) ) during that week, the answer is yes.
