ok, so i hear that these can be dropped from certain slayer monsters, but i dont have the level for that methode. is there any other place where i can get rune boots, like from a shop, or something? also, how much do they usually sell for around the forums here? i seem to be unable to find much of anything on them.

i am fairly sure that they cost 200k and you can only buy from other players

Rune boots are Nechryel (sp?) drops. You can buy from other players. I have seen prices of 200k charged but some people sell for 170k (rare).
