They'll heal you, and they give xp. It's perfect!
rosco
for melee u could train at monks, and you dont need food because if you talk to the monks you can ask them to heal you and for range you could range skeletons in the varrock sewers from the other side of the river thing, but u cant get your arrows back
J_Dude79
For melee, you can train on goblins between Lumbridge and Draynor. As for ranging, start on Men/Woman, train until level 10+ ranging, then train on cows or monks. You can cook the meat from cows for food and you can be healed by monks at the monestary. Risen_The
Do monks for melee, they are great. Kill chickens and collect feathers until you have 10 - 15 ranged, than sell the feathers, buy more arrows, and kill cows. Once again collect the hides for money to buy more arrows. http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=525348 - My Pking Gallery I'M BACK FOR SUMMER BABY
