You get these seeds after the Water fall quest (300 or so I think), and you can also buy them from the Legends guild store. You plant the seeds to grow flowers. They appear immediately and the colours appear randomly. Black and white are the rarest colours. "If ignorance is bliss...then knock the smile off my face!"
