i recently saw several people with shields that have wierd markings and colors on them. i don't believe the are only for members. does anyone know what they are and where to get them?

Probably painted shields from the new construction which is members only.

Well I think they are undtradeable to be honest with you, but I knwo for sure that they are P2P items only.

Thwy could be heraldic shields from Treasure Trails and therefore tradeble.
