Barrows

I'm just wondering if I could do barrows? I would train slayer to 55 and do slayer dart and get amge to 60 for god cape. I would wear rune pl8 for torag def and red(maybe black soon) d hide chaps for ranging ahrim. I'd ahve mystic hat, gloves, boots, glory, god cape, guthix book, rune pl8, d hdie chaps, slayer staff, ring of life and rune arows on. I would mage all brothers, except mage ahrim, and rpayer everywhere cept on torag. I'd have d scimmy for kc in tunnels in inventory, ecto, maybe house teles soon if i get construction high enough for things like canfis portal and alter. I'd have full lobs in inventory, runes for 250 slayer darts, and 4 prayer pots(4). I need to know how much of that I'd use, if barrows would be cost effective, if its a good setup/plan, and if there are any improvements i can make. thanks for the help and i hope i get the answers i'd like.
