please search next time. your question could have been answered easily. you can only have one sceptre at a time, but you can have multiple individual pieces or rods/skulls in order to create another one when your original breaks.

Correct! But, I think that that is a bad idea for, you will be taking up a lot of bank space! unless your p2p...

Retired from runescape. I will be on every now and then though. :)

you can have the parts for thousand of sceptres, but like skeroh said, they take up bank space. you can join the top and bottom together and the 2 skulls halfs together so that they only take up 2 bank spaces instead of 4.
