July 8, 200620 yr please search next time. your question could have been answered easily. you can only have one sceptre at a time, but you can have multiple individual pieces or rods/skulls in order to create another one when your original breaks.

Correct! But, I think that that is a bad idea for, you will be taking up a lot of bank space! unless your p2p... Retired from runescape. I will be on every now and then though. :)
July 8, 200620 yr you can have the parts for thousand of sceptres, but like skeroh said, they take up bank space. you can join the top and bottom together and the 2 skulls halfs together so that they only take up 2 bank spaces instead of 4. Sig is thanx to Cookie!!!
