If you have 50 thieving, that will help alot with low agility as the hardest part can be by passed with 50 thieving. try and get 50+ agility before you do it, other wise you will run out of food. 90 Combat 1900+ Total99 Crafting 99 Cooking 99 Firemaking99 Herblore 99 Fletching 98 Farming

July 9, 200620 yr actually, the shortcut using lvl 50 theiving isn't that much of an advantage. I just recently did the quest at about your lvl agility, and barely made it all the way through with out needing to go get more food. I only brought normal cakes though, so if you bring sharks, full prayer, and know exactly what you're doing, you should be fine. (I didn't have 50 theiving when I did the quest)
