dudeguy409 Posted July 9, 2006 Share Posted July 9, 2006 I'm going for 85 mining and I'm trying to decide what to mine. anyone got any advice? sandstone seems to be as fast to mine as iron, but gives more xp. granite is a bit tougher, but gives about twice as much xp. unless there's a really good iron mine i don't know about, i think i'll go with sandstone till 80 or so, then switch to granite. current lvl:73 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I recommend mining iron north of Yanille, the three rocks refill just fast enough to work fine in busy worlds and you can run and bank the ores faster than you could drop them anyway.
