July 9, 200620 yr I know this probably belongs in H&A and it was for a while, but it wasn't getting any replies. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hey guys! I really need some help or advice ony my account's status... it's locked as I already mentioned in my subject. I've requested so many password changes and have given Customer Support every bit of information they have asked for, yet I keep receiving this ANNOYING, ANTAGONIZING, BAITING, CHAFING, EMBITTERING, DISPLEASING, ENRAGING and unacceptable automated message that says I need to provide them with the same/more information. Any help as to how I may get my account back is very, very welcome. You may also share your stories about how you recovered your account- I encourage it! I sure hope my membership isn't still running... :boohoo: Music is like candy. You enjoy it and throw away the wrappers.
July 10, 200620 yr Well, first off, if you were a member when banned, I am pretty sure Jagex just takes the money.. it says somewhere in rules and regulations.. I once had an account banned for profanity... which wasn't even profanity, just mispelled words that fell victim to the filter. It was my very first account, which made me absolutely no money, but I wanted it back because what happened was injust. I sent them a very straightforawrd and strongfelt query, only to be shut down. I followed this query with yet another, which was written with even more anger. I told them how it was unjust, and to review their information again. They gladly unbanned my account, and apologized for the inconvenience. The fact is that I was innocent of any accusations, so don't go trying this if you are guilty. If you are guilty, it only deserves to happen, and nothing can be done. Although, if this is your first offence then you might be lucky and get let off with a black mark. July 10, 200620 yr Author I was banned the previous day for 1 day and got back to playing right as the ban was lifted and my account was fine. The next morning I got on before going to school and when I came back it was locked. Would you mind telling me who you contancted to unlock you account? I would like to hear how you did it step by step either here or in a PM. Music is like candy. You enjoy it and throw away the wrappers.
July 14, 200620 yr wow im having almost the dame exact problem......its my 99 ranger that got locked...ive proivded all the right info....down to first pass and all and they still wont unlock
July 14, 200620 yr Do you know why you were banned? Maybe its cause the reason you were banned was considered a "non redemable offense." My suggestion > Start off with another character... I know this maybe hard, or it may become a burden..but I highly doubt after trying the cusomter support soo many times you will get a response. You are wasting your time, you could use the time starting fresh. In Khazakstan we say God, Man, Horse, Dog, then Woman, Rat and small cockroach..M.A.D 4 Lyfe
