Oh yeah.. Forgot to mention you need windows XP.. And atleast 256 MB of ram so it doesn't lag up your computer.

 

 

 

The point of Macromedia Flash 8 (MF) Is so you can animate things. A very goos site to view these would be the ever so popular Newgrounds Website.

BUT, if you want to publish it to an animated GIF (which you should) Then File > Publish Settings [MAKE SURE THESE ARE CHECKED] Animated, Loop continously and in the bar where it says WEB216 change it to WEB SNAP ADAPTIVE.
