A have a question... if your Magic was 99, and you used a Magic pot, would it go to 103 temporarily, or just stay the same?

It would pot above like normal so you could have 103/99 mage.

 

It would provide more defence against magic, more accurate spells, and in some chaos more power (slayer dart), but no new spells would be availabe.

Thanks, and I think I know that no new spell become avaliable, I asked because I was more curious about using a Super Strength with Full Drahork and 99 strength (even if I'm a good bit from 99 str...)
