July 10, 200619 yr Its a quest item for the Mournings End quest. The use for it spoils a bit of the previous quests, though. It is not a weapon, if thats what your wondering. Retired from runescape(Banned for bug abusing)

I think you get it from Mournings End: part 1 its not a frog cannon, its called a "fixed device" you get it from Mourning Ends Part One. and its used to colour sheep by firing coloured frogs at em.
