i SERIOUSLY dont understand why this is happening...

 

 

 

could someone please help? :(

I've never found a concrete reason for that happening. Just had someone else with this problem the other day.

 

 

 

Best I can say is check your firewall settings and make sure it's letting mIRC connect like it wants to.

 

 

 

You could also check this thread on the mIRC forum for some simple things to try fixing it.
