Oh, I mean a ninja suit. Sorry, my ninja senses were tingling. Anyways, it is just a new variety of armor and ranged weapons, might wanna thro in some dark daggers or blades in there for melee. You wound need a specific thieving skill and defence skill for the armor and specific thieving and ranged level (or attack for blades and daggers) for weapons.
