I lost my amulet and pebble from waterfall quest a long itme ago. Now I want to know how to get an amulet back. I think i need a new pebble, but i cant find one anywhere. Someone please helP!

you have to get the pebble and then ammy again, i think

you need to talk to the man in the dungeon near tree gnomes (like you did the first time, he will give you the pebble, then go back to glarials tomb (no weapons, armor, or runes) and get the amulet.
