sell or alch?

i have a bunch of magic, def, and str ammies in my bank collecting dust, and the demand for them doesnt seem high. Is it generally better to high-alch them or sell them?

str ammys high alch some, keep a few. every once in a while some1 is buying 1.

On topic..

 

You could probably sell the strength amulets at edgeville bank or something but they aren't worth high alching, one nature rune is around 300-350gp. Better to sell them to a general store. If you have a lot of them 100+ then sell around 20 then world hop or the store will buy for dirt cheap. Either ways you won't get much but it's still better than letting them sit in your bank taking up space :) .

Definely don't alch them, not really worth the nature, use it for a rune med or something. Either sell everything to a general store, or go to a f2p world and try and sell the Str Ammies, since they can make 5k a pop.
