July 17, 200619 yr They drop the left skull with a chance much like lessers dropping a rune med helm. I didn't get one until I was killing them almost 3 hours in two days. After the first drop, I attempted to get a second drop, and I got it after half an hour or so. And I got so lucky on my third drop for it came immediately after the second =D One method I used to keep myself from getting bored is to have faith in that the very next drop will be the left skull half. That kept me "entertained" until the drop came. Hope it helps. -Fear the power of the unseen apocalypse-
