TheAlakazam Posted July 17, 2006 Share Posted July 17, 2006 They drop the left skull with a chance much like lessers dropping a rune med helm. I didn't get one until I was killing them almost 3 hours in two days. After the first drop, I attempted to get a second drop, and I got it after half an hour or so. And I got so lucky on my third drop for it came immediately after the second =D One method I used to keep myself from getting bored is to have faith in that the very next drop will be the left skull half.
