Am I correct in saying that if you die and lose your Security Stronghold boots that you can get them back? And if so, how?

i think is able to get it bak when you go to the bottom level of stronghold again

yea, just go back to barb village hole, go down, and use the portal to go straight to the treasure room. Keep going down and then go and open the final box.
