Well like it said

 

i would like to have the best weapon/armor for training my strength

 

 

 

i now use my whip to level up my defence...

 

but when my defence reaches 70

 

i would like to get my strength upto 80 maybe higher

 

 

 

1) what would be the best creature

 

i dont need any drops just fast xp (str and hitpoints)

 

2) what weapon(s)?

 

3) what armor?

 

 

 

i've heard that dharoc is good ... but verac is too

I'd go with dharoks and train on ape atoll with low health and protect from melee :D

train on experiments lol alot of ppl dont like em but i like em they give 404 exp per kill and they lvl 25 so they dont hurt you

Stick to full rune with whip or you can buy torags, train def on ogres/trolls/ghouls, and then you can use dharocks for str if you want.

 

 

 

Another great way is pest control.

Slayer is by far the best, i got up combat about 5 levels in one day

I play pest control....and seriously it's insane exp. I don't think theirs anything better (can someone correct me if i'm wrong).

 

 

 

Oh yea and while i'm playing, i see tons of high lvl and famous players. I take screenies :D
