K, I enjoy making signatures, but despite my efforts I have been unable to get fonts that I have downloaded onto GIMP. I am using the newest version of GIMP. If anyone can help me or direct me in the proper direction I would appreciate it.(Yes I have read the help section of GIMP and the FAQs on DAFONT)

 

 

 

If anyone could help I would be extremely grateful. :thumbsup:

Okay, I'll give step by step instructions:

 

 

 

1. Make sure GIMP is closed.

 

2. Open the folder: C:\windows\fonts

 

3. Take your font file and drop it in that folder. Close the folder.

 

4. Open GIMP and your new font should be there.
