i see some people on forums with custom-made sigs. underneath they write like "many thanks to (name) for the sig. The only sig i know how to make is one like mine. is there a site or a special way to make them? help me out please

The sigs you are talking about are made by talented artists and are generally custom made or premade.

 

 

 

On the gallery board here, you can sometimes find people who give away their sigs.
