Muted for 7-days, question on rule 13

I was muted for 7 days for breaking rule 13, "asking for personal details".

 

 

 

Now I checked my evidence, and the only thing I asked him was "How old are you?". I read the rules on rule 13, It had nothing to do with asking the age of another person.

 

 

 

Now asking for age is technically asking for personal details but they only have rule 13 to protect others from getting hacked.

 

 

 

 

 

Im asking, is asking for age a rule breaking offence????
