It's 1/4 of a CB level, either live with it, convert to a "steel pure" and go for 5 defence, or start over.

 

 

 

And if you stat over, NEVER use the 3rd setting of a 4 option weapon, as it converts to defensive if you switch to a staff and longrange ( = defensive) on a bow.
