Raith's Daily Adventures(barrows at CB 74 NO WAI)

Here I will discuss(and mostly rant) about my daily adventures in RS.

 

 

 

Day 1:

 

Today, I'm thinking to myself, I just killed 2 level 100 boss monsters for quests, I bet I can kill Ahrim and Karil with some ease. So I collect my lobbies, Iban staff, runes and mystic and head on down to Barrows through the shortcut in Canafis.

 

 

 

Round 1

 

Ahrim was suprisingly easy to blast to death, but my prayer was completely drained and I didn't bring prayer pots but I moved onto Karil. Turns out his tomb was the tunnel so I head on in. I must have circled at least 3 times dodging Dharok who really wanted me dead, until I finally got into the chest room. My reward for one brother.

 

240 gp.

 

I'm serious. Way to start off my Barrow Career. Wanting another chance, I bought 10 prayer pots, fish more lobbies and head back on in.

 

This time I killed Ahrim much faster and had 17 prayer left. Not bad at all. I headed over to Torag, and since I didn't have 43 prayer, it was quite a fight. I won in the end by using 5 lobbies(ouch). I then moved back on to Karil who had the tunnel once again <_<.

 

I head down there, in my second room Guthan jumps me with my mage armor on(I forgot to switch) and hits a 20 on me, nearly killing me. I ran to be chased by Skeletons until I was down to 3 HP. Teleport out time.

 

Rather angry with the ending, I came back with more lobbies, not knowing that Barrows doesn't reset itself when you die. After I realized that I head back on down to meet Karil who was easily blasted with some help from Protect from Ranged.. Since I couldn't kill Verac or Dharok and since Guthan didn't want to come out and play with me, I opened the chest to get...........

 

1540 GP.

 

Lovely, I wasted 60k on prayer pots(only used 3) to get 1540 gp.

 

I could probably finish barrows completly if I had 43 prayer so I'm collecting bones now to push me to my goal.

 

 

 

Maybe after I finally get my victory in Barrows I can finally do Monkey Madness with peace

 

Day review:

 

2 barrow runs, -60,000, +1,7xx,-30 lobsters

 

 

 

I'd also like to state that this blog isn't all about Barrows, its going to be about my adventures daily once I finally finish Barrows completely.
